Cancellation Policy

At Koasis, each appointment and event is prepared with presence and intention to provide you with a high-quality wellness experience.

Each time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments create an opening that could otherwise be offered to another client waiting for an appointment.

Appointment Cancellations or Changes

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved service.
• Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee equivalent to the full reserved service.
• Payments and deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Koasis

In the event that Koasis must cancel a session, class, or event due to exceptional circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and an alternative date or suitable solution will be offered.

Exceptional Circumstances

Emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed with care and on a case-by-case basis.
