Cancellation Policy<\/span><\/h1>\n

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes prevent you from attending our scheduled sessions or events. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to offer you some flexibility while respecting our obligations to our practitioners and community.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation by the Client<\/span><\/h2>\n

If you need to cancel your participation in a session or event, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded, but we will do our best to offer you another date or a credit for a future session, depending on availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation by Koasis<\/span><\/h2>\n

In the event that we need to cancel a session or event for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or another suitable solution.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exceptions<\/span><\/h2>\n

Emergency or force majeure situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to find a fair solution for all parties involved.<\/span><\/p>\n
